Founded in 1997 by Owner, Carlos Melendez, Coyote Crossing offers a exciting culinary experience consisting of cuisine influenced by his grandmother.

Owner Carlos invites you to enjoy authentic traditional Mexican cuisine in the region’s most picturesque outdoor patio dining area. Located in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania and minutes from the Main Line and Philadelphia, Coyote Crossing restaurant offers a flavorful menu of traditional Mexican dishes as well as old family recipes. Owner Carlos Melendez has turned his dream into a 19 year commitment to providing a warm family, one of a kind ambiance with authentic regional dishes as the Pollo Enchiladas Mole to traditional family recipes like the Chile Abuelita and the house made Margaritas.
